MATRIXX Software Appoints Jean Delesques as Corporate Advisor

Former SFR Group SVP to drive corporate growth in Europe

Mountain View, Calif. – September 6, 2011 – MATRIXX Software, developer of the next generation of online charging and subscriber policy management solutions, today announces the appointment of Jean Delesques, Founder and President of French IT consultancy Deljcom in the role of Corporate Advisor.

Jean Delesques brings more than 25 years of experience in design and implementation of BSS and OSS systems for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) in Europe including France Telecom, Mobistar and Bouygues Telecom. His extensive background working with Europe's leading CSPs will be pivotal in the corporate evolution of MATRIXX Software in the region.

Jean has held a number of senior positions in the billing field, notably Senior Vice President of Architecture, Quality, Research & Innovation at SFR Group and Technical Vice President at Cap Gemini Telecom. Jean's key strengths are his reputation for designing large, complex B/OSS systems for tier one CSPs, as well as leading the subsequent cultural and operational transformation processes that makes these projects successful in the long term.
